Q: Where do you ship?
A: The US currently!
All products are made to order and are shipped within the timespan of two weeks. Standard US shipping is $6. All items shipped will have tracking provided. Please note!! If you opt out of tracking, then I cannot replace pieces if they are lost in the mail. Please reach out to me directly to discuss a possible solution if this occurs.
Q: Do you do customs?
A: Yes!

Q: Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
A: Yes, it depends!
The metals I use for gold pieces are tarnish resistant coated copper and 18 K gold, while for silver pieces, I use 304 stainless steel. If you have allergies to any of those metals, I recommend reaching out to me with any questions or concerns about the exact materials used in my pieces here! I use all hypoallergenic and nickle-free earring hooks, though, so if you just have a mild nickle allergy, then you should be good to go!
Q: Do you do returns?
A: Yes, it depends!
I don't do returns or exchanges unless product is damaged upon arrival. All returns/refunds are at the discretion of Rowan's Treasures. Repairs are free with the exception of additonal shipping fees.
